Project-Based Learning for STEM
Our unique 6 step STEM planning guide combines the engineering design thinking process and project based learning inquiry. The goal of this planning guide and workshop is for teachers to create a STEM projects to teach in their classes with their students. In this workshop teachers will walk through the series of steps to create thoughtful STEM projects for their students. We will provide a series of questions to come up with an idea for a project to do with students then identify important stages of the project's life cycle when teaching.

During hands-on projects that students love they construct their understanding of the world. Teaching STEM Project Based Learning does not have to be complicated, it does not have to be exhaustive. It just has to be thoughtful and logical.

Our Promise
Teachers will participate in an activity that will expose them to the project based learning strategy that will help them teach.
Teachers will plan: how they will teach the curriculum, tool or technology, real world problems for students to solve, how the students will brainstorm and create the project and how students will evaluate and redesign the product.
This workshop is effective for teachers in any subject, in any grade
Partial day training required (3 hours)
Teachers will plan assessments for students based with a spotlight on appropriate student development thoughtful project.
